Question about replacing intake gaskets

Hey everyone, I think I may need to clean or replace the metal gaskets on the lower intake manifold.

Here is a picture of what one of them currently looks like (the other one looks about the same)

i noticed that the gasket is metal but there is kind of a black paint coating over it, that is wearing off. and there is still some sticky junk on there.

I was thinking about cleaning it off with a razor, but if i scratch the paint off even more could that be bad? Or I could use some solvent to remove the sticky stuff.

Maybe I'll just replace both of them, how much should I expect to pay? (Checker told me 24.99 for the 2 lower metal gaskets plus the upper rubber one, in a package, i dont think i need to replace the upper one though, it looks nice)

And do I need to use RTV or something to reseal it when I put the gasket back on?

PS: Does the dealership price their parts decently? Or should I go elseware?

The dealership, expect to pay $30 a gasket for the lower and about $10 for the upper. The Upper definetly needs to be replaced every time its taken off, and the two lower gaskets as well...that black stickey stuff you see is warn rubber. The lower gaskets are metal with a thin coating of rubber around the ports.
And NO, dont use RTV on anything intake related.

thank you very much!

so is $30 and $10 good prices? If I dont use rtv, then should I use any adhesive? or just place the gasket there?
