Cheapest place to get a direct fit CAT?

So as many of you know I opted not install my y-pipe myself since I was afraid of the condition of the cat, I took it to two different shops and they both said I needa new cat since mine has been spotwelded and would fall apart if they torched the bolts. The shop wanted 200 for a cat and i said no. I shopped around NAPA wants 250 autozone 150. I see warpspeed ones for 100 are there any other direct fit ones that are cheaper? If I get a cat and decide to install both of them myself would I be able to put the ypipe + cat together then bolt it on? and would I be able to take the old ypipe + rusted cat off as one unit? Installation should be easy right?

edit: the warpspeed ones are direct fit right?

Im pretty sure the Warpspeed cats are a direct fit to the stock B pipe. Well it would be easier to put the cat on first then bolt on the Y pipe. One piece of advise is try to get your hands on an inpact wrench. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much easier and faster.

ooh i see what it is i'll either pick up a hand impact wrench or 24 inch breaker bar. Is the impact wrench better than a breaker bar?

Since you will be working in a very small and akward area I would go with the impact wrench. Make sure you or a friend has a air compressor though.
