Ambers are ugly. IMO. So are those yellow bulbs people put into their fogs so they can look like a Lexas. Keep it the way you got it. It looks clean and sick. Do you have any pics of them turned off to see how the bulbs look? Thanks!

Take that garbage out dude, look at all that glare.

If you want HIDs either get rebased D2R bulbs, or do a retrofit. And stay away from those high color temps, you're losing lumens. Once they colorsift, they'll be as dull as the ones in my pictures. 4200k to 4500k FTW!

What are you saying? If you could respond in some form of coherent English, then I might be able to respond with more facts to show you your setup, is highly dangerous, highly illegal, and performing far worse then a nice set of Sylvania pure white bulbs.

I am going to make the assumption that "my fog and headligh setup is brighter than yours" is comparing your brand new HID kits to my older HID kit? If you know anything about HID you'd understand the concept of color shifting. Your bulbs with burn in, and you will start putting out less light and more color. So right now, yes, you are putting out lots of glaring blinding light. Give it a few months or so, and you'll start to notice that you're having a harder time seeing at night.

I will also make the assumption that "i bet on it less lumens is all stories" you're saying that higher Kelvin ratings doesn't mean less lumens?

= your friend here buddy. You're making statements without doing any research. Do a few quick searches and get back to me. Tell me what you find.

"bright all year round for me." This sorry excuse for a sentence (I use that term loosely here) leads me to believe you're one of those idiots who turns on their high beams in the fog or rain. Good luck trying to see with in the snow with all that glare.

i see everythin in the snow and i do see things in the rain. its not my fault you had a bull**** setup on u maxima with the hazed headlights and cheap fog lights.
if you didnt see anythin than that was your problem not mine.
these hids were put in on a 2005 acura tl with projectors, the road got more lit than ever.

and as far as floor pattern
the distance scatters further than high beams
and from left to right like projectors.
if your driving in a area where theres more light, than its common sense you might see less, but the darker you go in the brighter my lights only get.

I know all about projectors, retros, and the like, those pictures were from before I started with HID modding and such.

Anyway, your trying to tell me that your 8000K 9004 bulb was in a TL projector?

OEM TL projectors are some of the best on the market, along with LS430 projectors. Your stock headlight housing doesn't put out more light or a winder beam pattern then those. It's in your head if you think so.

That HID setup on that car is loooong gone. Put back the nice Sylvania pure white bulbs.

Even if you personally think you can see better(you can't), think of all the people you're blinding the hell out of. Anyone that is behind you, or driving towards you is being blinded to death.

If you were ever behind me, I'd pull over and let you go. Damn HID noobs.

Go retro or Go home.

I think this is just an atempt to push his image as a 'proud HID vendor' with outrageously over priced kits.
As far as the '2005 acura tl with projectors', its an actual Acura TL. He even sign him up to brag about it.

http://forum.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=483243 Notice arseny87 with his 'one' post.

infiniteecho, its was unneccessary to flame on him at the getgo. Warn him, let him get his fix-it-ticket and learn his lesson.

Burton069, your retaliation methods are unusually odd and ineffective but nice lights, thats the point of this thread. Just reaim them lower,
and leave the poor folks on the road alone. And resize your picture. Its getting really annoying.

i'll say that i had silverstars and now have 8000k hid's and yes they do put out much light although i didnt do a project retro and i do have some galre, i aim as low as possible. but see for me, most of the cars in my area are newer car or cars with tints so i dont feel too bad about the guys i drive behind although the people oncoming definetly got it kinda bad.

Yea..projector freaks..obviously people who have been blinded. I look at it like this, it's unavoidable, people will put Hid's in factory housings and have glare. Most american's dont like bush as a president, and who's the president now? So you can hate my glare..but it will continue.

I have the 8000k for a lil over a year now and they still bright as hell, people think I'm using my highbeams when I'm really not. I don't have high beam anymore lmao

I just got my foglights to work independently from my headlights so now I think I might go with a 6000k HiD set up on my fogs or just stay stock and get some silverstars and call it a day.
