fuel filter clamp

fuel filter clamp

while i was changing my fuel filter i dropped the clamp thing for the bottom hose. nothings leaking. can i use a zip tie or where can i get a replacement screw. sorry about the dumb questions.

you should never use zip ties or the like on pressure lines. Especially one that, if it comes off, can set your car on fire.

Find or replace that clamp. The fuel system is under pressure and could blow that hose off. If that happens while your engine is nice and hot your engine compartment may catch fire.

dude I just replaced my fuel filter(with a 300zx one) and it was a pain like it was last time, the fuel line doesnt go down far. stand on sumthin and reach in there you can grab it and pull it up trust me
