the passenger side HID will not come on, there is nothing wrong with the HID or the ballast because when connected to the driver side they all work fine, the fuses for both headlights are good as well as everyother fuse on the car. next is my freakin fogs..... they are wired to the wiper relay and have been for about 5 months and just stoped working about a week ago, so i rechecked all my wiring and everything is good, i even changed all my connecters and tapeing. everytime i try and turn the fogs on it blows that 15 amp fuse. im out of ideas and have the whole front end of the car off looking for faulty wiring, anyone can help with ideas
