still cant idle right

i just bought another iacv and it still wont idle right. i can get it to idle at the right speed with the tps un hooked but its really rough. somone said it was probably the TPS. but if it was woudlnt the check engine like go off for it? i alreayd adjusted the throttle body screw and adjusted both IACV's. and as i said i can get it to idle at the right speed untill i plug the TPS back in.

i just tested my tps and my iacv and the connectors for them they are all fine. what else could make my idle go back up when i plug in my tps.

Have you checked for codes? They can be there even if the CEL isnt on

A rough idle is caused by a misfire.
Check ignition and fuel delivery.

A Haynes shop manual

will help you troubleshoot your car.

i have a manual i have tried looking at so many things. another question i have is when your guys cars ignition is in the on postition with the car not running. does your tach say about 300ish rpms or does it stay at 0 mine says 300 so im wondering if its just my tach that is off. although the car seems to take off faster then it should without hitting the gas.

i idle at 2000 RPM i know thats not right the only codes i have are EGR valve and circuit malfunction codes 0440 and 0446. should i take my car to the mechanic and have it check out or ???
