if i drove forward everything is ok, but when i have reverse my car it shakes

 

Probably a bad motor mount.

I have the same issue (although only sometimes, go figure) and have always concluded it was just old, worn-out motor mounts.

 

Since it's a five speed, you'll need to put it in reverse, rev the engine, and let out the clutch while keeping your foot planted hard on the brake. Have someone watch the engine and figure out which end of the engine lifts up.

Or, just reach in and peel back the rubber covers on each motor mount and look for tears.
