Exhaust questions (dont want opinions on best setup!)

Ok so my ehaust hangers are f'd up and basically my whole exhaust seems to want to fall off over bumbs. I'm also having a massive bees in can sound when I accelerate. I havnt been able to pinpoint the problem but I'm looking. I realized my muffler is also almost rusted on the bottom so that needs to be replaced as well. The pipe coming down to the y-pipe is my concern. I seems like the pipe is split on the sides but I cant get a good look at it. I can only feel it. Im guessing its the pipe from the headers cause it goes down to my y-pipe. So basically Im using all this as excuse to buy a whole new exhaust setup.

So:
1. How much are regular stock exhaust parts. They'd run me much more than a Greddy Sp2 and new y/cat correct?
2. Greddy Sp2 will fit directly with a budget cat and y correct?
3. I obvioulsy will need new hangers. I'm guessing the come with the exhaust.

Thanks

1. Yes I believe a new factory y-pipe alone is upwards of 600 bucks? Not to mention a stock factory cat is another 500+
2. Yes, thought I must say the sp2 does not fit perfectly on my 98, b-pipe hangs a little low, tip sticks out 1.5 inches. Otherwise it fits fine, does not rub on anything or anything else that you would have to worry about. My sp2 sounds awesome. The budget y-pipe connects good to the stock cat, and the sp2 connects good also to the cat, nothing to worry about. Im not so sure about the budget cat, but im sure its fine.
3. No, the sp2 does not come with new hangers. This you can get probably from any exhaust shop or the dealer if u must.

I spent about $750 for my budget y, test pipe, and the sp2, all shipped new. If your lookin for a hi-flow cat id add another 100-150 bucks.

Well in your opinion would it be a better idea to go with a different exhaust? The sp2 wont hit anything hanging low right? And I guess I dont care if stick out. As long as the sound is real nice.
