Bearings

Changed my front wheel bearing twice in about a year and a half....is that normal? Because now when I took my car to get aligned somewhere other than Firestone they showed me that the wheel had some play and that the bearings needed to be changed AGAIN!!!! What could be causing this?

sounds like you're stressing the bearings out when you insert them. You must press the race in without applying any force to the bearings themselves i.e. press the outer race into the knuckle and press the inner race onto the hub.
