I replaced a dead #2 fuel injector last month. Now another one is going out, not sure which one yet because I haven't pulled the codes. I would expect fuel injectors to last longer than 140k miles.

The injectors on my 3rd gen lasted 270k miles, but 4 of them died within 1 month. On 3rd gens, injectors are known problem and typically many of them will fail in a row.

Has anyone else had 4th gen injectors fail together? Is this a known problem on 4th gens also?

What year is your 4th gen. ?? Could be a Coil Problem instead of a injector problem

1995. On #2, I pulled the sparkplug and cranked the car to check the spark. Then I checked the resistance of the fuel injector, which was out of spec. Of course I will do that again. I was surprised I couldn't find a procedure in the FSM for testing a coil.
