Clean headlights?

Hey guys, i have a 96 maxima and one of the headlights is dirty on the INSIDE. When i have them on and look in from the side i see the reflective silver is smooth and shiny in the "clean" one. but in the foggy one it's hazy. this makes the beam really hazy. is there any special cleaner i can spray in there? or do i need to take the headlight housing apart? or just get a new headlight altogether? thanks.

Bake it, clean it, reseal it with silicone.

you'll have to put it in the oven to loosen up the glue. Then clean it, put it back in the oven to get the glue hot and then reseal it.

Clean it from inside with rubbing alcohol. Get alcohol from dollar store , add it to an apray bottle, remove headlight lamp, spray liberally.
most auto detailing shops can clean headlights from inside with alcohol spray for about 15-20$.

One of the service managers at the nissan dealer here told me that they will not do that. and once they get dirty on the inside you toss them out and buy new ones...

I would guess that you should only clean the inside with water and soap. Most other chemicals are not good inside there once the blazing heat of the headlamp is on inside them again. Somehow alcohol and high heat don't seem to mix in my head....
