Has anyone succesfully done it, and like it?

Ive been thinking about the same thing for a few weeks but not looking to have a weird color mismatch not to mention the holes that I guess would be there, I'm gonna hold off till Im ready to get the car painted...the Max in the pics above looks very clean w/o the molding plus that beautiful paint scheme helps alot....

I think it looks great without molding, but thats probably very close to last on my list of things to do to the car which are not performance related..

I agree with general consensus ... IF and when I go to paint the car, then I would probably remove them, since it does give it a nice and smooth look. Thanks for sharing 95bkackmax18s's post, I say ... duuhaaammmm! That is pretty sweet. It's amazing what loads of cash can do to any car.

I also agree that it would be low on the list of mods when it comes to cosmetics and performance.

Thanks fellas!!
