Car hiccups

When I drive my maxima around before it has warmed up I find that sometimes it will hiccup under light throttle. The car feels like it is going to stall and shakes a little but is corrected when I give the car more gas. I am not sure if it is the Arizona heat that is doing this or something else. I use 91 octane and I have noticed this for the past few weeks.

Check your engine coolant temperature sensor with an ohm meter to make sure it's within specs when the engine is cold, first thing in the morning.
Clean the throttle body and IACV.
