I guess the Y-pipe took a dump on me, 'cause now the ride sounds like a riced-out civic, or a really sh!tty GM v6 . How much is it to INSTALL a Y-pipe, I repeat ,INSTALL, not buy. I'm gonna buy a Warpspeed , so that just leaves me with the issue of how to get it on the car for cheap. DIY is not an option, don't have access to a lift

seeing as his car is a 95 there'll be lots of rust. They charged me 140 for mine which is pretty expensive. Before you order your y-pipe check if your cat is good. Mine was spot welded so i had to buy a new cat when i had my y-pipe installed

You would be correct. I was horrified when the car was last on the lift .
My cat seemed to be in functional if ugly shape then, but after 9 months, I don't know....

( Backround info: the exhaust seal broke last winter, the Cat and Y-pipe were completely separated cause the joint 'prolly rusted out, it was horrible, the car sounded like a school bus or diesel train, and with no $ and it being December, I just had the shop fix the seal.....)

You don't need a lift to do the y-pipe...Read the stickys for once in your life.

So in order to get this story straight... You have a y-pipe... but need an installer?

You will probably have better luck in your regional forums or calling around..

Truthfully, you could do it in the time it takes to find a price you like from your regional forums or making phone calls.

Should be in the neighborhood of 50-75$
