drivers rear door will not lock

My drivers rear door will not lock with key or power lock button. All the other doors will lock but the rear drivers door will not. If you turn the key it will not lock or from the button you have to manualey roll the lock over to get that door to lock any one eles had a problem like this. Or any other idea on how to fix.

diagnose the problem --is the actuator getting power, if not why? is it connected, is the wire broken...etc? if it is getting power, then most likely the actuator is bad if it not moving. are the rods still connected, there are 3. one from the actuator to lock, one from handle to latch and one from thumb lever to door lock.

One of the rods could be jammed and in need of grease. Have you removed the door panels recently?
