Tps replaced now massive hesitation

Hola Folks.

The other day the Cel light came on and it was giving 0403 (Throttle position sensor) and 1206 (Throttle position sensor (automatic transmission)) .

So i went to the nissan dealer got the New tps and install it. I Followed the Instruction @ http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/tps.html. However was never able to get anything but 300 ohms of resitance when contacting pins 2 and 3 and i don't get the 5v on pin one that is supposed to be there.

The car starts and idles @ about 700rpm when warmed up.

When i attempt to drive the car or just rev the engine when i get to 2000-2500 rpm's it's almost as if the gas it shut off the rpms die then it tries to pick back up again. So it's bucking motion or extreme hesitation.

I had to disconnect the Air intake houseing as i gnalled out the screws and needed better access. I reconnected all the houses and vacum lines i disconnected.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ps.

Edit: I should also add that i reset the ecu and the cel is now gone after 20+ starts. However hesitation still exists.
Edit2: Tested the Old TPS and sure enough this new TPS is DOA.
Edit3: re-rested the NEW TPS and it's good.. i installed the tps incorrectly .. after Re-seating the tps @ a 0 degree angle i can feel it hookup.

Car is running like a dream adjusted the idle a Bit..

All said and done.. Job completed.

Most of the time that happens. There's a certain way to install that stupid sensor.

Check the MAF sensor.
