Quick question about 7000k bulbs.

I purchased some NOKYA 7000k bulbs for my maxima a few days ago. I should be recieving them this week. I don't want to spend the money on a hid system right now so I got the bulbs. I was wondering if anyone else had 7000k bubls and if they are street legal? They are the artic white ones. And also are these bulbs really bright?

They will look bright as you look at them, but inside the car it would be dimmer than stock light because of the tint on them. You might want to upgrade your harnesses also, Nokyas are notorious for melting stock harnesses.
