Need help, clearance lights wont come on...

OK, first my altenator burned out on me, I replaced that and the harness. Drove the car for the whole day (to recharge) then it happened, the lights went out. Not just the clearance lights though, the bumper lights, the fog lights and the "dim" tail lights too. Now before you guys say "hey jacka$$, change the fuse" I checked them and they're good. Also I tried replacing the flasher relay and still got nothing. But what really bothers me is that when I arm/disarm the alarm everything flashes like it normally would.

ps it's a 98 gxe

I'm going out on a limb here, but check your hazard button and make sure it's plugged in. Or you can switch it with someone else. I know you won't get any turn isgnals without the hazard button.

Thanx Black Maxima..but the hazards work, the indicators too. This is killing me, I can't drive at night...with my luck, I'll get pulled over for my tail lights being out...

possible fuseable link in the front? did you check the fuses in the engine compartment as well as under the dash, or swap out fuses. maybe you have a bad fuse that looks good
