hey my friend has a 97 max...today we were driving from shea stadium from gettin his new catalytic converter installed...while driving he was doing 50mph and his rpm's were up to 6k?? now i know thats not right and i drove his car and it would change gears at 3500 rpm some thing is wrong coud anyone help...only thing we changed and touched was the cat. conv. and its automatic...?!?!?!?

 

i mean its not alot of info, did u leave it in the 2 instead of the drive? thats all ican think off...

 

thats not right i cruise at 74mph at 2400 rpm. in 4th of course.
