ECU code 0702 on 99 Cali Spec: Bad 02 sensor?

I've been doing quite a bit of searching and reading here and could use some advice for my stock Cali spec 99SE with 66k miles.

Three months ago, my CEL came on with codes 0707 (rear heated o2 sensor), 0510 (rear heated o2 sensor), and 0304 (knock sensor).

I had the "bank one rear oxygen sensor" replaced and I changed the knock sensor myself and have not noticed any performance or gas mileage problems since. The problem is that my CEL came on last night for the second time since those parts were swapped out with code 0702 (problem with three way cat).

According to the ECU thread entry for code 0702:
This malfunction was detected when the ratio of the signal frequency from the right bank front Oxygen Sensor to the signal frequency of the rear Oxygen Sensor exceeded a critical threshold value.
Is it reasonable to assume that a strong signal from the new rear oxygen sensor and a poor signal from the 8 year old front oxygen sensor could cause this error to be raised? Is it worth swapping out my "bank one front oxygen sensor" to correct this issue?

I could use some help determining what part I need to buy, so I took the great diagram from http://www.jatan.net/02Sensor1.jpg and used the information from the boschautoparts.com web site to find the appropriate Bosch oxygen sensor part numbers (in green text):

I believe that Bosch P/N: 13374 identifies the "bank one rear oxygen sensor" that I had replaced in July.

I am assuming that the oxygen sensor to the far left of the picture that I have labeled as Bosch P/N: 13505 is the one that I want to replace. Before I go out and buy a new O2 sensor, can anyone verify that I have the appropriate part number in my diagram? Does this seem like a reasonable way to address the 0702 code?

I would appreciate any input or advice.

Thanks,

Polarisdb

I called around and found that I would have to order Bosch part number 13505. I didn't want to wait, so I decided to replace the right front oxygen sensor with a Denso P/N 234-3098 (a direct OEM replacement) that a local auto parts store had in stock.

I did it today and so far I have no CEL and the car seems to be running fine.

Here is the 8 year old factory o2 sensor that I replaced, which looks kinda cooked:

Now I guess all I can do is wait and see what happens...

Update: My CEL has been off since I replaced my o2 sensor a couple of weeks ago and my Max passed its emissions inspection!

Even if my CEL comes on tomorrow, I won't have to worry about 0702 codes for another year...
