Struts: $200-$550 a set
Springs: $150-$230 a set
$193.99 + $21.22 shipping for a set of GR-2s sounds about right. If you have stock springs, this will be a good deal for you. If you have lowering springs, look elsewhere.

GR-2's are a very stiff strut and will give a very firm ride.
If thats whay your looking for, then thats a good deal for you.
If your looking for more of a factory smooth ride, you need Tokico Blues.
Both a/m setups should be used on the factory springs.

I'm not looking to lower my car, I just want to improve the quality of the ride because its really bumpy, I literally feel every nook and cranny the road has to offer... just want to firm it up and not feel like i"m bouncing up and down everytime my car hits a bump or a small hole...

Good luck.

Stiff means bumps hit hard when you drive over them.
GR-2s are a little firmer than stock struts, which means they communicate more of the impact when you hit a bump. It's sort of like having slightly stiffer springs. One thing to remember is that their reputation for being "stiff" mostly comes from when people use them with lowering springs. They just aren't built right for that, and end up giving a pretty jarring ride and wearing out pretty quickly. But as long as you're on stock springs, they'll be fine. They'll even improve your handling a little.
The "bobblehead" feeling you're getting is probably because your struts are worn. They're not controlling wheel motion like they should, so there's a lot of bounce in the suspension and you're getting knocked around. New struts will definitely fix that, whether they're OEM, KYB GR-2s, or Tokico HPs. OEMs will absorb bumps the best but give a floaty feeling; GR-2s are much more controlled but slightly harder-riding; HPs are a nice medium.

I have GR-2s on my car with stock springs and I like the ride a lot. It's better than before because 1 of my struts were blown and the others had 110k miles of wear on them. The new ones are stiffer but the ride quality is still muuuch better than it was with my worn out struts.
You'll appreciate the more controlled ride and more responsive handling.
