Couple ?'s: Fog light and timing adjustments

How do you aim the fog lights? I know that one is definately facing down too much and in my opinion, so is the other though not so badly.

And how do you set the timing on these motors? I don't see a dizzy like my ludes had...

Timing is set by the PCM. Mitchell says to rotate the cam pos sensor to adjust but you can't on the VQ. CONSULT only, pretty much, barring an aftermarket ECU.

up the fuel pressure and tune with SAFC is the cheapest way to up timing...using the consult will yield temporary results the ECU will then reset it back to normal

the best way to adjust the foglamps is to remove them formteh bumber and turn the srew onthe back....

There's a screw on the back that can adjust them? Can you not adjust them mounted? Seems like a tedious process to adjust them off the vehicle!
