Any chance you have a broader picture? I don't know for sure where that is in the engine bay.

I too have the random dangling rubber hose near the MAF, but this is different.
looking back at my records I see the previous owner had the 3M fuel injector cleaning done at the dealer - where they inject solvent into a vacuum line. I wonder if the dealer forgot to replace the rubber stopper.
i think mine has a hose that goes to the boost sensor..... its this lil black thing with only one vacuum hose connested to it and an electrical lil cable...... not sure though... i'm gonna go check when i go to the store in a while
95 fed specs have very few vac lines, so some will be unused.
95 cali spec and all 96-98 are the same and use most if not all of the lines.
99's are different yet again since most of the emissions crap is now electronic, some of the lines will be unused.
But they all use the same vacuum gallery so thats why some lines arent used.
