ya so i brought it to the garage cuz my car died and they replaced the altinator and it did help the prob anyone else have this prob and find out how to fix it

 

did they test the battery and alt before replacing? could be a bad battery...

 

Open your hood and look in the big fuse box next to the battery. Check to make sure the big white 120A fuse link is not blown. Sometimes when your alt dies it blows that fuse link. If that is not replaced the new alt will not charge the battery.

 

yup. either that fuse or the battery was drained so much it can no longer be recharged.

 

it doesnt look blown to me and i dunno if they tested the battery nissan just put it in like 6 months ago thou

 

doesnt matter how old a battery is. if it is completely drained too long it is worthless (except a deep cycle).

 

ohh well i check it out tomorrow
