Simple…. Best location block heater

I picked up one of those cheap magnetic block heaters to help my max through the cold winter, just wondering on where you guys think the best place to put it?

hmm a magnetic one..? how can you attact that to any significant part of the engine conveniantly..? unles syou get under the carr or in the enigne bay...?

safe to presume you would take it off before you start driving.. and put it back on over night.. ? or is it one of those.. heat for few mins type of deal..? or the plug inot the outlet type ones..

This is the one I picked up

partsamerica

As you can see its just a VERY big powerful magnet, claims to produce temps up to 300-400 Degrees, you don’t have to take it off when driving you just have to unplug it (obviously).

the key is just to stick it to anything metal.. example oil pan... heat dissipation is very effective with metal, so ideally it will keep my engine and oil nice and toasty.

My question is where is the best place to stick this puppy onto? it can be somewhere hard to get to as its a one shot deal.

Thanks
