Also, Ceasar if it is (Neo)VVL or Direct Injection the DE nomenclature is not part of that particular engine. It would be like VQ30DD.

VQ30DE, VQ35DE, VQ40DE, VQ20DE, VQ25DE, VQ25DD, VQ30DD, VQ30DET, VQ35DD, VQ30DE-K

you guys have inspired me as well..went to the junkyard today and picked up a hood holder from some pos old skool hyundai....cost me $2.14. beats 60-80 bucks for new hood struts


bolted it right into one of the holes on the frame

somehow got really lucky and its fits under my hood almost perfectly
sry for the bad quality....phone was all i had today..left camera at skool
