Any ideas why my '98 5spd. manual cotains the following
in section 5-7:


In the summer, when restarting the engine within 30 minutes
after it has been stopped, keep the accelerator pedal fully
depressed while starting.


I tried it yesterday, right away it shot to 2500-2700
before I took my foot off the gas. On the face of it,
doesn't sound like a good idea....
