how much do you think i could sell my salvage title max for?

its a 97 5spd SE. Black on Black leather. salvage title. 107,000 miles. repainted and all body work fixed about a year ago. new spoiler, new trunk. needs some love . mostly small things like new tires, and the hood struts. um, its got some problems, mostly stuff that a 9 year old car should have wrong with it. but a rare and a hard find. I was thinking $4000 O.B.O. Mods include, Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs, with KYB AGX Shocks or struts whatever you like to call them better, intake, cat back, front sway bar. AE'd Headlights. New Foglights. Every option besides heated seats. Have reciepts from all repairs up to a year and a half ago when I bought the car. Let me know what you think.

because I want an 04 sti. im NOT SELLING IT JUST YET. I am just interested in how much I could get for it. Oh yeah by the way, CarMax dealership just appraised the car at 1700 for a trade in. So I am thinking maybe 4 or more??????? I would love to get some ideas. I mean I know I could sell it for 6 or 7 if it wasnt a salvage.

Yeah, I think you're a little high on those prices. I'd say around $5000 if it wasn't a salvage, with that title I'd expect to get maybe $4000-$4500, depending on what all is wrong with it...

oh haha. i thought it was worth more I guess. I just realized its almost ten years old. we should celebrate the 10th anniversary of my car decreasing in value. haha. Thanks for the comments. I will probably list it at 4500 O.B.O. Maybe I'll get an offer. If anyone wants it, it might be for sale in a couple of months.
