Yesterday, I changed my maplight and it still didn't work, so I started to pulled like 10 fuses before finally deciding to read the darned cover. It turned out I missplaced 2 fuses(start sig to empty#35 and fuel pump to start sig#36). So my fuel pump didn't work.
Now this is the strange thing. Somehow when I gave it the 7.5 amp fuse from the start sig it did work until today. So I looked at the diagram again and found the mistake. So my question if I damaged anything putting a 15a into a 7.5 and why the hell the 7.5 worked for the fuel pump in the first place.
