Gas Lite

for the past couple of months my gas lite has not gone on, even when i am below empty. idk why this happened. now that i think about it... around the same time, when the car is off and the headlights are on, there is no beeping sound or warning sound letting me know the lights are still on.

does anyone else have this problem? or know how to fix it?

My guess would to check the gas light bulb itself. It's a #74 bulb I believe. Also, for the little chimmer, check to see if it's plugged in. Remove the panel between the steering wheel and the petals. It should be held in place with 2 phillips screws. The chimmer should be right under where the fuse box cover is located on the inside of that panel you unscrewed.
