i HIGHLY doubt any other car hit her. infact, its almost impossible to hit that escalade where theres damage and send it almost 90 degrees to the right. it would go to the right a little, but not a 90 degree turn. ide ride them hard and call them out. if two cars hit her, there would be more damage than that. i bet there would be 2 other colors on her car too

if i'm not mistaken, even IF a phantom car hit her, the fact that she commited and illegal lane change still puts her at fault. why is it always women drivers who commit these retarded lane changes when theres ALWAYS a next exit.

I agree that makes no sense. I don't think anything hit her. Unless it was a cement truck going 60mph, getting sideswiped could not make that gigantic escalade fishtail like that. And even if something DID hit her in the spot she's claiming, it would have had to have been behind you. how can a car that's behind you hit her right side, causing her to speed up, pass you, fishtail, and end up perpendicular to your car???? that makes no sense if you ask me. I'd try calling up her insurance co again and being as assertive as you possibly can. Also seek legal advice because this whole situation just sucks.
on a side note my damage was on the pass. side, and about 3x as bad as yours and I got the car fixed for about $3,000 incl. repairing the frame rail and the airbags. The shop did a very impressive job, if you're not ready to part with your car and are thinking of fixing it, let me know if you want their contact info and the before and after pictures of my car.

Exterior wise, that damage doesnt look that bad, new Driver side headlight, hood, fender, bumper

anyways take it to your insurance company, explain situation, then they'll go after the Bi*tches insurance, and they should cover your repairs

Get a good lawyer, ofcourse the husband covered her sneaky ***. If an accident wasn't my fault and the other driver was lying through his teeth, I'd be on his *** with a lawyer day and night. It's your money, your car, and your time. Take them to the cleaners for lying.
