Help needed with Y Pipe install in NJ

Hey guys,

For some reason I thought that a Y-pipe install would cost less than one hundred dollars. I went to 4 different places and they are all quoting me at $150+. Does anyone know any good places in Jersey that dont charge an arm and a leg? Also, if anyone has the tools and ability to install the Ypipe I would be more than happy to drive over.

Hey my dad has a shop in North NJ. We can do it for $80+ tax if there is no need to cut/torch the bolts. you must provide all parts and gaskets for the install. What Ypipe will you be using by the way?

hey sup, i can also do it for you as long as you have all of the parts (gaskets, bolts, etc) with you from $60-$100 flat depending on how long it takes to take the bolts off.

PM njmaxseltd. he's up in ramsey, might be pricey, but the work is flawless and you'll be happy with everything. plus the scenery there is really nice. you'll see if you go there.

not sure where EB new jersey is but im in scotch plains 07076. 75 flat you provide all the hardware. see my mechanic services thread in northeastern forum

I dont have any tools, and besides dont you need to jack the car pretty high up to even get to the Y-Pipe?

no im not a mechanic, but i do have mechanics working for me. you'll basically need the bolts and gaskets as far as im concerned.

how much for a b-pipe installation? shouldn't take too long as the bolts for my cat were torched already since it was replaced with my y-pipe, not too sure about the muffler though
