Could have messed up your plugs when you did the tb clean. Take them out and look for black residue on them.

check the following:

PCV
MAF Sensor
EGR (small tube first!)
TB
Spark Plugs (make sure they are gapped correctly)
Coil Packs

I just changed my PCV this morning and I can feel the difference.

i had a problem like that when you hit the gas hard the car wouldn't respond at all unless you just gave a little gas, and started gradually giving it more, then it would be fine. Problem was a dirty MAF sensor.

When I was in high school and on my original car, a 94 Saturn SL2 with AT, I had a similar problem. Starting from a stop if you gave it too much gas it would basically choke the engine, you could only accelerate by giving it bare minimum gas. It was just fouled plugs. Had new plugs installed and it fixed the problem right up.
