Serious Help Needed Cylinder 4 Misfire

As the title says my car is throwing a CEL and physically misfiring on cylinder 4. I inspected the plug and it looked good. Also I swapped coil pack #4 with #6, reset the CEL and got the same results, #4 misfire. Any body know where to start looking next?????? Thanks guys!!!

hmm i was gunna say coils, but you said you swapped and same code....are you sure 6 was good though? my car was misfiring for a good few months before it threw a code when my coils went. if you want to do a better test on the coils and got about $8 go to sears and ask for a spark tester. looks just like a spark plug. just take the coil out, put it in, and crank the engine. if it sparks its good. also, are you sure the gaps are correct on the plugs?

Good point, I didnt check the gap on the plug. Doubt its going to solve my problem but I will check it. They are OEM Platinum Plugs with only ~37,000 miles on them. Im fairly positive that the coil from #6 is good. There hasnt ever been a problem with any of the other cylinders misfiring.

This thought has been haunting me. Any ideas how to trouble shoot this? Im a nuts and bolts kind of guy and not that much of electrical.

start off by looking 4 cracks in the wiring..exposed bare wirw....check the wires going into the plug itself for loose wires or broken connections....Hopefully u find something in the exposed parts of the wires and not the wrapped harnees...Good Luck wiring can be PITA....

I looked at everything connected to the coil and couldnt find anything obvious. I did some more searching and it seems that a bad injector can cause this code as well. Since my injectors were all rewired for the VQ35 swap this is the likely culprit. Anyone know the correct resistance for the injectors???
