some suggestions please
hey i got a 99 and everytime i get to 60 mph the front wheels feels like its loose i have the 06 18inch max rims on my car dropped on teins i had the rims balanced twice and there fine just wondering what it could be any help would be appreciated
Wheel may be bent.
1 question: if you take the car well above 60 mph, does the problem cease or lessen? That would indicate a balancing problem...
Make sure at the least you get balancing done at a shop that has one of these:

I have had shops issue differing opinions on the state of my wheels more than once.

Ball-joint, tie rod end.
Jack the car up and put your hands at 12 and 6 and check for play. Repeat at 9 and 3. If you notice any play, observe each of the components and move from there.
I have had the driver's side ball joint go on me, and when it did it wasn't a directional feeling (as in, couldn't tell which side from driving). I only found it through various wiggling which I happen to do out of habit when the car is in the air.
