some suggestions please

hey i got a 99 and everytime i get to 60 mph the front wheels feels like its loose i have the 06 18inch max rims on my car dropped on teins i had the rims balanced twice and there fine just wondering what it could be any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you need an alignment.
If alignment doesnt work have your wheel checked again but at another shop

Wheel may be bent.

1 question: if you take the car well above 60 mph, does the problem cease or lessen? That would indicate a balancing problem...

Make sure at the least you get balancing done at a shop that has one of these:

I have had shops issue differing opinions on the state of my wheels more than once.

Ball-joint, tie rod end.

Jack the car up and put your hands at 12 and 6 and check for play. Repeat at 9 and 3. If you notice any play, observe each of the components and move from there.

I have had the driver's side ball joint go on me, and when it did it wasn't a directional feeling (as in, couldn't tell which side from driving). I only found it through various wiggling which I happen to do out of habit when the car is in the air.

As RichMax advised, make sure it is a high speed balancer if everything checks out with steering/suspension components.
