Try to find the leak and close it with clear caulk.

hehe, drill a hole in the bottom of the lights - somewhere inconspicuous. that will let any water out and stop the fogging. i just bought some black signal lights and they fogged up after i washed my car for the first time with them in. i'm going to drill them on tuesday when i go back to work :/

I would say to open them up and clean them. Then reseal with sealant. Not sure drilling a hole is going to help. It will still cause moisture. But you do have a leak.

Well experience is good. I'll trust it then. You can always jb weld the hole if it doesnt work too. Go with the drilling then.
