Vibrations while shifting at low speed

for about a year and a half now my car has been occasionally vibrating at low speeds. i think its usually at a shift. such as when i am driving in my neighborhood accelerating from 0-20. it will last about 1.5-2 seconds then stop. it is rather powerful and can be felt through the car. took it in once and had a motor mount replaced then when it did it again i thought it was going to be another mount however the dealer couldnt fing anything wrong (yea thats a first) i figure its gotta be in the tranny. anyone have this or any thoughts? slipping? bad pumps? thanks
