The axle is leaking at the boot?

I would budget $200 for a quality reman axle, 1 hr labor, and $75 for a good alignment afterward.

If it's leaking at the tranny, budget $1500 for a tranny rebuild. Try replacing the seal first, but leaks at the tranny are usually due to worn out internals.

if the car is stock an $80 reman from autozone will be fine.....labor will prolyl be an 1 or 1.5 depending on the shop and figure $75-80 hr for labor...buy the axle first...a shop will charge u more than what they paid for the part

might be a good idea to change the axle seal, if its never been changed. Help to prevent future leaks.
