replace window trim/moulding

I posted this as a reply in a old thread i found but not a lot of people read it so im gonna try it in here. I want to replace my chrome window moulding/trim with the black SE window moulding/trim but i have no idea how to take it apart of put one back on. Is glue required? If anyone can give me some pointers or some steps I would greatly appreciate it.

glue is not required open your front door look on the top left you'll see a nut take it and slowly pry it off towards where the mirror is its a pain you could also buy black out tape or paint it
