Security System Short Circuit

Hello. I installed the buzzer for my alarm from the writeup here. It was up in the bumper as far as I could put it and I guess it got wet and now my alarm does not work. Here is what does work: remote, panic button, unlock, lock, trunk. Here is what is wrong: the alarm does not turn on, the car locks. But if I unlock the door standing outside through the window with the thing that locks/unlocks the car on the door the alarm does not go off like it should. This is with waiting at least 30 seconds after I lock the car. I have checked all the fuses and all of them are good and I removed the buzzer. I don't know what to do now. Help would be appreciated.
