well my motor is working but the window will not go up. Then I helped it go up and it caught till it reached the top and dropped once again. I opened the door up and I noticed that a little metal piece that is connected to the wire that pulls the window is not catching the thing that works like an elevator. How do I fix this? any help or scanned pics will help. thanks to all replying.
