stock fog light bracket

Hey guys, i have a 96 gle and i m thinking about putting in stock fog light bracket thru my bumper area after i cut the piece out. What i have gather thru search is that the bracket should bolt up to my bumper beam with the holes for the screws already there. Is this the case??

Oh and any hints to how i could make a clean cut of my fog light opening? I m thinking using a dremel and then sand paper the edge, but would the dremel be too rough and roughen up my opening?

i used a dremel on mine. no sandpaper, no probs. they will bolt right up. plus, if you get the whole kit from nissan, it comes with a new turn signal switch. you will have the plugs for the foglights under there as well

before

after

i have a 99 gle, and the fog light holes have pieces running horizontally through the empty space. What's the best way to remove these?

same way, but you could probably just use a utility knife since your holes are more tucked away
