Slow Clutch?

I recently had my clutch switched out (along with the flywheel, and both axles) and its been doing this weird thing where its slow to kick back out. It doesn't stick, but slow enough so that it makes a noticable thunk. Doesn't slip at all either, i can still chirp second.

Don't remember the exact brand of the clutch the guy put in, but supposedly its got the same specs as an OEM one.

What could be causing this?

Naw, it does this regardless of the weather, or how warm the car is.
