First do any of you guys know about a 3 inch y-pipe back exhaust that is stainless?

The car is all stock, the exhaust rusted out over the winter so imm replace it with a performance one. What would you guys do for the most hp and not sounding ricey... I need stainless as i live in Minnesota and drive it in the winter.

You want a 2.5" exhaust, 3"+ only if your boosted. I think cattman and waprspeed make stainless steel exhausts, and the greddy sp2 is also SS.

 

^yea 3 inches is too much for a stock car. youde probably lose power rather than gain it. ide say 2.5in tops.

 

i havent seen any 3" but i dont think you need it unless ur planning on turbo's in the near future.

 

I read it somewhere about that our cars NEED back pressure but, not to much, if u go any bigger than 2.5"+ muffler system. You wouldnt have back pressure adn thats not good...
