I went to Englishtown Friday night for the first time to race. I ran 3 times and my best time was 15.999 at 86.45 mph, with really worn Toyos. My r/t was 1.133, pretty sad for a stock 5-speed. And I shifted at redline every gear. Maybe I'm just trying to hard to get the perfect launch? Those of you with 5-speeds what RPM's do you launch at?
