Car just started to turn over very weakly 2 days ago. sometimes it would crank fine, others, barely made it and even had to crank it twice.
* My guess, the alternator
car has 133,000 miles +
checked motorvate's site, and seems like a headache to do it considering i have to uninstall the radiator. i'm bankin on takin it to geralds and have them do it.
but does it sound like the alternator is the issue?

you dont have to remove the radiator to change the alternator. you dont have to remove the compressor either. and lastly, the alternator does not start the car. the battery and starter does. the alternator keeps the car going once the car has started.

well if thats the case, then i'm guessing it could be my battery cause i replaced the starter about a year ago. hmmmmm, maybe its the corrosion on the battery terminals... i'll try to clean that off and see it improves. hopefully that will save me $300...

yeh, it ended bein the corrosion.
but the stupid bracket of the grouding wire kit is literally stuck unto the negative terminal so i'm prob just gonna get a new battery pretty soon. even tried bakin soda and water and still wouldn't move
