Would an O2 sensor do this

So I changed my front left O2 and ever since then my engine has been running like crap. I all of a sudden got a loud hiss coming from my intake and my car shakes and spudders at idle. I changed the vacuum hose leading to the IACV to my mid pipe thinking there was a leak. No help. I am now wondering if maybe I may have killed my IACV or a coil. I cant figure this out.

a hiss is a vacuum leak. and as i remember from your other post you did a bit more than change the O2 sensor. did you put a new gasket on the TB yet?

Nope all I have done is change the O2 and torqued down my drive belts. I think you are mistaking me for someone else. I have a bunch of random codes being thrown as well

My mistake. wrong person. But the hissing is a vacuum leak. find it and you will solve your problem. brake hose, IACV gasket, TB gasket, make sure the hose connecting the air box to the TB is tightened.

Well the weird thing is that it is coming from the filter it self. I checked the filter and it is tight and good.

You see it generates random codes each time. I have had 4 different sets of codes each time I get them. I have had a code for the MAF, IACV, TPS, revolution sensor, TCM, speed sensor, the same O2 sensor, a couple other ones I cant think of off the top of my head.

IIRC it is the engine contiunity control sensor or something like that. It controls the impulses from sensors and then sends it to the ECU. All I had to do was change both of the fuses in the fuse box lateral to your battery.
