Passenger Visor

Hi,
My 96 max's passenger visor lights are not working.
Anyone have an instructions on how to take it apart?

I think that it is stuck on with 3M tape...thats what my dad's Toyota used. (it actually fell out so thats how I figure

so if i wanna take it apart to see if the flap is really triggering the switch to turn it on and off is working....
i do not think that is stuck with 3m tape

I was talking about the whole mirror harness. I think that it is stuck to the visor with 3M tape...I am unsure of getting the flap off tho....sorry

Not quite sure what you are asking, but to remove the visor from the headliner, you just remove the screw covering at the pivot point of the visor and then remove the screws. It's not hard at all.

Have you tried the simple solution and changed the bulb?

What color to you have? I have a tan one you can buy for $18 shipped or $28 shipped for driver and passenger side visor. Lights work and everything...

mine is tan...i'm gonna try to take the screws and check...i did not try to change the bulbs because how often 2 bulbs go out the same time...so i assumed it isn't the bulbs...
but who knows..
