For those that have done the 5spd swap

Well here is the story, I finally finished doing the 5spd swap today, with the help of my friends. After we put everything back into place and had the car running, we noticed that the speedometer was not functioning. So the question is why isn't it working?
My car is a 97 SE with the 5spd ECU swapped in.

Thanks to anyone that can help me out here or point me in the right direction.

Well, did you reconnect the vehicle speed sensor in the new tranny?
